What we collect
When you submit the Founding Membership form we collect the parent or guardian name, email address, mobile phone number, the athlete's age and sport, and any notes you choose to add. We also record standard marketing attribution data: the page URL you landed on, the referring site, campaign parameters (UTM values, gclid, fbclid), device type and a timestamp.
How we use it
We use it to contact you about your Founding Membership request, to answer questions about training at our Westwood, NJ facility, and to measure which ads and pages produce enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

By submitting the form you consent to receive email and/or SMS communications from NexGen Sports. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Children's information
The form is intended for parents and guardians. We collect an athlete's age and sport only so a coach can advise on the right programs. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
